BODY CONDITIONING

Body Conditioning combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out your whole body. With a range of exercise techniques that includes aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training, you're guaranteed a varied class that will hit those areas that other workouts miss.

LEGS BUM & TUMS

Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom with this, Legs, bums and tums (LBT) with a range of exercises. Start your weekend with a great work out leaving you feeling good.

PILATES

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

ONLINE LIVE CLASS

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
