Service Description
CrossFit is the ultimate fitness strength and conditioning program that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. The daily workout can be anything from barbell weightlifting, Dumbbells, gymnastics progressions (such as working towards a pull up) & body weight exercises.These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. Our CrossFit class is suitable for any level of fitness & the coach will give you alternatives following the same programming, please let your coach know of any injures before the class starts.

Cancellation Policy
Members are able to cancel and reschedule sessions upto 12hrs before the start time through the app - If you can no longer attend with less than 12 hours notice please can you message the app to advise so we can offer the space to the waitlist.
