Service Description

Get ready to lift, with our Strength LIFT weightlifting sessions a typical session will include demos, coaching tips, technique drills and lifting, this is for anyone who is interested or currently weight lifts to progress with there Strength lifting, Sessions will rotate between weekly between Bench, Back squat & Deadlift. Be aware class will be kept to low numbers to maximise lifting area and receive quality coaching. This class is included in membership options or PAYG.

Cancellation Policy

Members are able to cancel and reschedule sessions upto 12hrs before the start time through the app - If you can no longer attend with less than 12 hours notice please can you message the app to advise so we can offer the space to the waitlist.
