Service Description

Get ready to lift, with our Olympic weightlifting sessions a typical session will include demos, coaching tips, technique drills and lifting, this is for anyone who is interested in starting or currently lifts and wanting to progress with there Olympic Weightlifting. Sessions will rotate between weekly between Clean, Jerk & Snatch. class will be kept to low numbers to maximise lifting area and receive quality coaching. Coaches are all fully qualified and experienced in CrossFit, British Weightlifting & Strength Trianing. This class is included in membership options or PAYG.
